Responsibilities
- Own the end to end contract lifecycle of licensing and distribution agreements – from onboarding through renewal to retirement
- Track and project negotiation cycles through to signature; support drafting, review and negotiation alongside Legal
- Monitor contractual obligations and whether distributors and partners deliver on their commitments
- Manage amendments and renewals; maintain governance cadence, reporting and documentation
- Coordinate cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Compliance
- Translate the contracted portfolio into clear, workable terms for the market
Requirements
- 3+ years in alliance management, contract lifecycle management, licensing, or commercial contracting in an in house setting
- Hands on experience owning licensing and/or distribution agreements end to end
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or healthcare distribution experience, or directly transferable B2B contracting experience in a regulated industry
- Genuine commercial literacy – able to read and manage contracts in a business sense
- Background in Law, Economics, or equivalent
- Proven cross functional coordination across Legal, Finance, Commercial and Regulatory
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

About the Role
- On behalf of an established global pharmaceutical company, we are recruiting an Alliance Management Senior Specialist for their Middle East & Africa regional hub in Dubai.
- This is the operative backbone behind the company's licensing and distribution partnerships across MEA — the agreements that run the business in the region.
- It is a senior individual contributor role (no direct reports), sitting alongside Legal rather than inside it.
What You'll Do
- Own the end to end contract lifecycle of licensing and distribution agreements — from onboarding through renewal to retirement
- Track and project negotiation cycles through to signature; support drafting, review and negotiation alongside Legal
- Monitor contractual obligations and whether distributors and partners deliver on their commitments

What You Must Bring
- 3+ years in alliance management, contract lifecycle management, licensing, or commercial contracting — in an in house setting
- Hands on experience owning licensing and/or distribution agreements end to end (not purely advisory or drafting support)
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or healthcare distribution experience, or directly transferable B2B contracting experience in a regulated industry
- Genuine commercial literacy — able to read and manage contracts in a business sense, not only a legal one
- A background in Law, Economics, or equivalent or equal role
- Proven cross functional coordination across Legal, Finance, Commercial and Regulatory
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai; comfortable in an office based role
