The position serves government entities, giga-project developers, and private-sector clients.
Project leadership and delivery
- Lead large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Provide strategic leadership through planning, design, implementation, and close-out.
- Establish execution strategies, governance frameworks, delivery plans, and performance objectives.
- Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations and quality standards.
- Direct multidisciplinary engineering, project management, commercial, planning, and specialist teams.
- Drive collaboration among project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Experience and capabilities
- Extensive experience with leading international engineering consultancies is required.
- A proven record delivering large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia is required.
- A strong technical engineering background is required, preferably in Civil Engineering.
- The role requires project leadership, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship capabilities.
