- Oversee all phases of hotel construction projects, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
- Lead and manage a large, multi-disciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, minimizing potential liabilities.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including owners, investors, and local authorities, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Implement and maintain robust project management processes and systems, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design integrity.
