- Take full ownership of project delivery, including programme, cost, quality and risk
- Lead coordination between clients, consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers
- Develop project plans, schedules and resource strategies
- Review drawings, specifications, material selections and technical submissions
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, variations, claims and commercial performance
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, MEP, site and project teams
- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers and site personnel
- Maintain the highest standards across finishes, workmanship and detailing
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, HSE standards and project procedures
- Provide clear reporting and proactive communication to senior stakeholders and private clients
Requirements
- 15+ years of project delivery experience
- Strong experience delivering premium residential or private property projects in the UAE
- Proven exposure to bespoke interiors, joinery, FF&E and specialist finishes
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination, smart home systems and technical interfaces
- Experience managing complex projects for private or high profile clients
- Strong commercial, contractual and cost control capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or have extensive recent UAE project experience
