We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development of innovative fintech products, including trading platforms, digital banking solutions, and mobile-first financial applications.
In this role, you act as the link between stakeholders, development teams, and users, ensuring scalable, user-focused products.
You will join an established team and are expected to quickly build trust while bringing structure and clear prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with development, design, and QA teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum)
- Define product vision, roadmap, and releases
- Ensure integration of trading, payment, and banking features
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior
- Monitor performance using KPIs and feedback
- Drive continuous product improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager
- Experience in FinTech (trading platforms, digital banking, payments)
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with APIs, mobile and web platforms
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Nice to have
- Experience with trading systems or brokerage platforms
- Knowledge of financial regulations (KYC, AML, PSD2)
- Technical background or data-driven product experience
