Lead major projects from planning through completion.
Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Oversee project teams, resources, stakeholders, risks, and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Manage project scope, resources, costs, and timelines.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, progress, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, materials, and resources.
- Manage project changes, approvals, claims, and contractual matters.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management and senior project leadership.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Understanding of contracts, procurement, risk, and quality management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC project environments is preferred.
