Overview

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall project strategy, execution roadmap, and construction schedules in coordination with leadership and consultants
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, contracts, and quality functions
• Oversee advanced engineering coordination between structural, MEP, façade, interiors, and vertical transportation consultants
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and technical optimization during design development stages
• Lead construction execution for high-rise structures including deep foundations, core & shell systems, façade systems, luxury interiors, and premium finishing packages
• Ensure strict compliance with project timelines, quality benchmarks, EHS standards, statutory regulations, and international construction standards
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews, reporting systems, and construction tracking mechanisms
• Manage project budgets, cashflows, cost controls, escalations, and commercial performance
• Oversee tendering, bid evaluations, procurement strategy, contractor management, claims management, and contract administration for major packages including civil, MEP, façade, and interiors
• Work closely with internal leadership teams, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, sales teams, and regulatory authorities
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies across technical, commercial, and operational aspects
• Build and lead high-performing project management teams while driving accountability and execution excellence
• Implement modern construction technologies, BIM-enabled coordination, digital monitoring tools, and international best practices

Experience Requirements

• Graduate in Civil Engineering is mandatory; M.Tech / MBA in Project Management preferred
• 20–25+ years of experience in large-scale building construction projects
• Mandatory experience delivering 300m+ residential tower developments
• Must have led execution of 80+ floor high-rise residential or mixed-use projects from start to completion
• Strong expertise in structural systems, façade engineering, MEP coordination, vertical transportation systems, and premium residential construction
• Prior GCC / international high-rise construction exposure will be considered an advantage
• Experience working with reputed developers, PMCs, EPC firms, or international contracting organizations preferred
• Strong understanding of modern construction technologies, BIM systems, project controls, cost management, safety systems, and stakeholder management required
