Role Overview
- A major regional real estate developer is appointing a Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to lead the commercial growth of a high value development portfolio across residential, commercial and mixed use assets.
- This is a senior leadership mandate for someone who can connect market positioning, customer demand, sales performance and revenue delivery into one coherent commercial engine.
- The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales and marketing platform, shaping how new developments are launched, priced, promoted and sold across a growing pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Background
- Senior commercial leadership within a major real estate developer
- Residential, mixed use, community or destination development experience
- Ownership of major launches, pricing strategy, inventory release and revenue delivery
- Experience aligning marketing spend with qualified leads, conversion and sales outcomes
- Strong broker, channel, CRM and funnel management capability
- Confidence operating with CEOs, boards, development leaders and finance team
