Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for complex project delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, programme, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Oversee project performance, risk management, resources, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate engineering, construction supervision, project controls, commercial, and other technical functions.
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, governance, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support client engagement and contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 20+ years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, consultancy, or a related field.
- Experience leading Independent Verifier, Independent Supervision Consultant, or similar consultancy and project delivery assignments.
- Track record of leading large, complex, and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of project management, project controls, construction supervision, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, regulatory requirements, and project governance.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Chartership, or an equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
