Key Responsibilities

Manage project timeline, budget, and quality from design approvals through construction handover

Coordinate architects, structural and MEP engineers, and all specialist consultants

Review and approve design packages in alignment with the approved development brief

Track permitting milestones in coordination with the Permits & Licensing Officer

Chair weekly project coordination meetings with all design and delivery stakeholders

Manage design change requests, variation logs, and consultant performance reviews

Prepare monthly project status reports for the Development Director
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Development
- -
- Minimum 7 years in real estate development across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- -
- Strong understanding of design management and construction delivery processes
- -
- Proven track record managing multiple consultants and complex stakeholder environments
- -
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
