- Prepare insulation schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts
- Align insulation work with overall project timelines
- Monitor costs (materials, labor, subcontractors)
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow, IPC, and handle variations/claims
- Track progress vs schedule and measure quantities
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and coordinate with site team
- Work with subcontractors, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams
- Ensure material availability and support coordination meetings
- Identify risks, assess delays/changes, and maintain claim/EOT records
- Ensure compliance with specs, quality standards, and safety requirements
Requirements
- Experience in insulation engineering and project cost control
- Ability to prepare insulation schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts
- Experience in cost reporting, cash flow, IPC, and handling variations/claims
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in insulation work
- Coordination skills with subcontractors, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams
