Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex control systems, ensuring seamless integration of instrumentation and electrical components for optimal plant operation.
- Develop and maintain P&IDs, single line diagrams, and loop diagrams, accurately reflecting system design and facilitating troubleshooting.
- Specify and select appropriate instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, control valves) and electrical equipment (motors, switchgear) based on process requirements and safety standards.
- Configure and program Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to execute control strategies and manage plant processes.
