Project Coordinator

Completion of a Diploma/Certificate in a Construction related field. Engineering background is preferred but not a requirement;

2 years minimum experience in a construction related field;

Efficient and effective time management and project management, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines while producing quality and accurate work;

Providing quality customer service with the proven ability to multi-task and prioritize demands;

Building and sustaining position and professional relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, tenants and co-workers.

Working knowledge with Outlook, Bluebeam, and Procore

Knowledge of working in Sharepoint is an asset;

Strong work ethic; and

Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
