Allnorth is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project delivery and construction activities in Ontario. This is a site-based opportunity requiring the successful candidate to work on a rotational schedule.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on site construction coordination experience and be comfortable working directly with construction contractors, Project Managers, technical teams, and other project stakeholders in an active construction environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day project activities and helping ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
As a member of the project team, you will work on site and collaborate closely with Project Managers, construction contractors, technical teams, and client representatives to support the successful execution of construction activities.

3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or a consulting environment.
Demonstrated site construction coordination experience is required.
Experience working directly with construction contractors and Project Managers in an active construction environment is required.
Ability and willingness to work on site in Ontario on a rotational schedule is required.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma relevant to engineering, construction, project management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, schedules, and contractor coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, clients, Project Managers, and technical teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and timelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to changing site and project requirements.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
PMP or equivalent project management certification or experience is considered an asset.
