Project Coordinator

• Assist Project Managers in preparing status report updates to be shared with customers.
• Support project closeout processes by organizing and filing final documentation packages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• PMP certification or working towards is considered an asset.

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Experience with project management software or tracking tools is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on tasks.
• Comfortable taking direction and working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management environment.

• $50,000 to $55,000
• The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons .
