The Role As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle.

From coordinating submittals and RFIs to tracking costs, maintaining documentation, and preparing closeout packages, you’ll help ensure that every detail of a project runs smoothly, on time, and in compliance with both contract specs and company procedures.

• Coordinate with general contractors, sub-trades, and suppliers to ensure timely communication and information sharing
• Review and submit shop drawings and equipment documentation
