The Role The Junior Project Manager is responsible for managing small to medium mechanical construction projects while continuing to perform key coordination and documentation activities.

This role supports project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and client communication under the guidance of senior team members.

The Junior Project Manager reports to the Director of Projects.

• Review purchase orders, drawings, specifications, and bid documents to confirm project scope and requirements.
• Develop initial project schedules outlining work activities, sequencing, manpower, and material requirements.
