- Monitor and maintain records of assets, equipment, inventory, and stock levels

- Coordinate inbound shipments and support outbound logistics activities when required
- Prepare and maintain reports related to procurement, logistics, inventory, and operational performance
- Process goods receipt documentation and coordinate with finance teams as needed
- Review, submit, and follow up on supplier invoices to ensure timely payment processing
- Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery schedules
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding shipment and order status
- Assist in budget planning, procurement forecasting, and expenditure tracking
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records within company databases
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project coordination, procurement, logistics, or operations support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification preferred

Position Overview
- As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operational, procurement, logistics, and administrative activities within a fast paced research and technology environment.
- The position is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier communications, tracking assets and inventory, overseeing shipment processes, maintaining documentation, and providing accurate operational reporting.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely processing of purchasing requests.
- Monitor and maintain records of assets, equipment, inventory, and stock levels.
