Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients throughout the installation process
- Organise the installation calendar and installers project schedule
- Manage NOC applications, access approvals and building management requirements
- Coordinate with building management, security and facility management teams
- Keep installers accountable for pre condition/dilapidation reports, progress photos, completion photos and incident reports
- Problem solve supplier issues, material delays and access issues
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Keep project updates, documents and customer communication organised
- Ensure projects are properly closed out after installation
Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills
- Experience in construction, fit out, glazing, aluminium, interiors or installation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proactive, reliable and accountable

About the Role
- SONO is looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer focused Project Coordinator to manage installation projects.
- You will be responsible for customers, installers, suppliers and building management while keeping projects moving and solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients throughout the installation process
- Organise the installation calendar and installers project schedule
- Manage NOC applications, access approvals and building management requirements
- Coordinate with building management, security and facility management teams
- Keep installers accountable for pre condition/dilapidation reports, progress photos, completion photos and incident reports
- Arrange cover or support if employees are off sick or unavailable
- Problem solve supplier issues, material delays and access issues
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Keep project updates, documents and customer communication organised
- Escalate major project risks or delays to management with clear solutions
- Ensure projects are properly closed out after installation
Requirements

- Experience in construction, fit out, glazing, aluminium, interiors or installation projects
