Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible and accountable for project operational activities and executing plans and initiatives to support the business goals. Key areas include:

Demonstrates a high level of focus on service delivery and meeting expectations of internal and external stakeholders

Create and maintain a positive relationship with the client and third parties

Act as a point of contact for managing all project activity

Coordinates all aspects of project planning and implementation, including assessing requirements, setting goals and objectives

Ensure the project structure is aligned with billing processes and practices, to ensure correct revenue is captured

Ensure delivery timelines are met on a consistent basis

Reporting to the Service Manager to manage the daily aspects of project activity and identify project issues and find effective solutions for both the customer and ITS.You can demonstrate:
