Field Technician

Reporting to the Field Manager we will take you through an 8-week course to give you all the required skills prior to sending you out to perform maintenance on various ATM and cash payment technologies. As an enthusiastic person with a passion for all things technical, we will provide you will all tools of trade required, including a mobile phone, full tool kit and vehicle . Key areas:

Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs on a range of cash management systems

Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices

Commissioning, configuring and testing devices

Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)

The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn

An ability to follow instructions

Computer skills

Prior electro-mechanical experience would be advantageous

Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

Must have a valid drivers license
