- Support procurement activities, quotations, LPOs, and invoice tracking
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports
- Ensure smooth communication, compliance, and project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or project controls
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are highly preferred
