Role Overview
The Bid & Project Coordinator supports project delivery and bid management for a luxury architectural consultancy working with leading developers and branded companies.
The role coordinates multiple stakeholders, manages project documentation, and delivers high-quality bid submissions while meeting deadlines.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as 15k–20k DOE, but the compensation period and currency are not specified.
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination, schedule and milestone tracking, meeting administration, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Manage project documentation, reports, correspondence, resource planning, project administration, financial tracking, invoicing, and project reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and maintain project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ensure project documentation complies with company and client requirements.
