Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework
- Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers and inventory records
- Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure
- Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status
- Prepare project governance reports and dashboards for management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Track project expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and payment requests before processing
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure analysis
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for audits
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Strong project governance and PMO experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- English proficiency

Asset Management
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal).
- Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational asset management policies and procedures.
Project Governance & Monitoring
- Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure.
- Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Strong project governance and PMO experience.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with governance frameworks and operational controls.
