Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee facade and steel fabrication projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project-related issues promptly.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in project management, preferably in facade and steel fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Sharjah or plan to relocate before starting work.
