Project Coordination Duties
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Use ZOHO and SAP for project coordination tasks and data management.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
- Create tender-platform accounts and support related pre-sales administration.
- Support prequalification preparations for project bids.
- Monitor stock levels and manage project inventory.
- Coordinate project logistics and scheduling for timely resource delivery.
- Assist project managers with coordination, timelines, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Address client inquiries and provide project details.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments for timely and accurate delivery.
Basic Requirements
- 3–5 years of project coordination experience is required, preferably in an Audio-Visual, Lighting, ELV, or contracting-related environment.
- Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
