Core Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Review project requirements, BOQs, specifications, and material lists to identify procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and technical teams on specifications and project needs.
- Follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment terms.
Systems and Coordination
- Operate SAP for project coordination tasks while maintaining data accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory so project resources are available as needed.
Logistics and Finance
- Coordinate project logistics and scheduling to support timely material and resource delivery.
- Support project managers with budgeting and financial tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments for timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate procurement from purchase requisition through delivery of materials and equipment.
Basic Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in procurement coordination is required.
- Experience in an audio-visual, lighting, ELV, or contracting-related environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
