About the Role
LINE Architects KSA is hiring a Project Coordinator for a 3-month project-based role in Jeddah, focused on the design phase of architectural projects. The coordinator will manage design activities across disciplines, track schedules, and ensure timely deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily design activities across all engineering disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, Signage & Wayfinding, Traffic, etc.)
- Monitor the overall design schedule and track progress against project milestones
- Follow up with design consultants and internal teams to ensure timely submission of deliverables
- Maintain the project design tracker and monitor outstanding actions
- Organize and coordinate design coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and issue meeting minutes
- Track client and stakeholder comments to ensure they are incorporated into the design
- Coordinate the review and approval process for design packages
- Ensure design deliverables comply with the project execution plan, quality standards, and submission requirements
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, risks, and critical issues
- Coordinate information exchange between all project disciplines to avoid design conflicts
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and records in accordance with document control procedures
- Monitor design changes and maintain a log of revisions and design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 5 10 years of experience
- Bilingual is a plus (Arabic and English)

- We are looking for an (office based) Project Coordinator Design Phase only (NOT CONSTRUCTION)
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

- This role is dedicated to the design phase of the project and does not include construction supervision, site execution.
