Responsibilities
- Lead development of architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for various projects
- Meet clients and carry out presentations
- Write concept narratives and diagrams
- Engage with clients to gather project requirements and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs accurately
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct occasional site inspections to monitor compliance during construction
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including proposals, specifications, contracts, and modifications
- Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other presentation software
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
