WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Work closely with our Project Managers to deliver excellent service Directly work with our project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges Support Project Managers with all project planning activities Communicate with our clients and other third parties to keep them informed about the progress of their projects, its schedule and any challenges the project may be facing Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation, cost tracking and invoicing Logging and maintaining documentation (RFI, change order, contracts, subcontracts, closeout documentation etc.) WHAT YOU’LL NEED You have a Bachelor working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or experience 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator ideally with large-scale projects Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written Good attention to detail and able to work in a accurate manner You have great interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude You should have valid UAE driving license WHAT YOU’LL GET A dynamic working environment, identical projects do not exist Challenging your skills and providing freedom to come up with your own solutions An informal and supportive working environment Being in control of your Mammoet career, in but also outside the department International organisation and dealing with a variety of cultures WANT TO KNOW MORE?
