- Support project delivery within established timelines
- Maintain project documentation, track action items, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow up on project deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP is recommended
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations/ project procurement and project coordination
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, managing stakeholders, managing procurement, report invoices and supporting related documents
- Experience in maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow up on project deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills
- High level of organization and time management capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and submission
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data, prepare presentations, and produce management reports

Qualifications
