Role Overview
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and delivery activities.
Contribute to collaboration and coordination among project team members.
Project Administration and Coordination
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
- Maintain project calendars and coordinate project-related activities.
- Coordinate tasks and activities across team members.
- Track assigned actions, deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones.
Documentation and Communication
- Maintain project plans, schedules, reports, registers, and status updates.
- Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Support document control and filing processes.
- Act as a communication liaison among project teams, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Prepare project correspondence, reports, presentations, and announcements.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor project progress and key milestones.
- Update project management systems and maintain accurate project records.
