Role overview
Project Director responsible for strategic leadership, governance, and executive oversight of major capital projects and programmes.
The role covers complex, high-value initiatives in airport, live operational, or major infrastructure environments.
Strategic leadership and delivery
- Define the project or programme vision, governance framework, and delivery strategy.
- Establish large-scale project governance and delivery structures for complex programmes.
- Align project objectives with organizational strategy.
- Ensure delivery across all project phases from planning through operational handover.
Team and stakeholder leadership
- Provide executive oversight across multiple projects and project managers.
- Drive performance, accountability, and delivery excellence across project teams.
- Act as the executive interface for clients, sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Lead governance boards, steering committees, and executive-level reviews.
