Project Controls Manager

Help develop and manage CAPEX programmes.

Coordinate capital plan compilation and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with organisational stage-gate governance processes.

Prepare and deliver monthly project performance reporting.

Maintain and utilise SAP, specifically the Project Systems (PS) module, to support project cost and performance management.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of project controls data and reporting outputs.

Provide project controls expertise to nuclear decommissioning activities.

Support interactions with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and other external partners.

Ensure understanding and compliance with Site Stakeholder Advisory and Assurance requirements (SSAL).

Develop and maintain effective relationships with project managers, teams, senior leadership, regulators, and external partners.

Engage with the wider global project controls community to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices.

Support collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams.

Project management or project controls experience within complex programmes or projects.

Experience with project planning and scheduling techniques.

Working knowledge of Primavera P6.

Experience of project risk management and quantitative risk analysis.

Knowledge of site operations and site stakeholder environments.
