About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Establish and manage baseline schedules and monitor project progress against approved plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and performance dashboards.
- Monitor project costs and analyze variances between planned and actual expenditures.
- Perform schedule analysis and identify critical activities impacting project delivery.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment.
- Track and evaluate change orders and assess their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Prepare KPI reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Support project management in forecasting, budgeting, and decision making processes.
- Identify project risks related to schedule and cost and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Control
- Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience in delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance measurement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Role Overview
