About the Role

- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
- Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and planning logic.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly).
- Identify potential delays and propose mitigation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with schedule.
- Prepare and analyze critical path and productivity trends.
- Support project controls activities including forecasting and risk analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and management for planning related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 10 years as a Project Control Planning & Scheduling Lead
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Advanced Excel skills
- English language proficiency

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineer.
- Experience: 10 years as a Project Control Planning & Scheduling Lead.
- Languages: English.
- Technical Skills: MS Project, Project planning & scheduling (WBS, CPM), Progress monitoring & reporting, Cost control & forecasting, EPC project experience.
- IT Skills: Primavera P6, Advanced Excel.
