Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead a team of professionals overseeing project and program phases.
The role supports mission-critical design and construction projects through scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and review contractor schedules for project compliance.
- Develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans with contractors.
- Create resource- and cost-loaded schedules at activity level.
- Maintain deliverable lists in coordination with project and engineering managers.
- Implement deliverable-based progress measurement and coordinate periodic updates.
- Use Earned Value Management to evaluate schedule and cost performance.
- Maintain weekly Earned Value Analysis dashboards at project and sector levels.
- Review construction schedules, monitor progress against accepted programs, and report findings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly construction project progress reports.
- Develop proposal schedules for new pursuits.
- Attend meetings and present schedule and progress matters.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
