Lead planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, and performance reporting across EPC projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules.
- Manage project cost control systems and budget tracking.
- Prepare cost, schedule, progress, and project performance reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Monitor earned value management metrics.
- Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards.
- Support change order and variation cost analysis.
- Align project controls with contract requirements.
- Assist with forecasting and completion estimates.
Experience and Education
- At least 8 years of experience in project controls within EPC projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systems.

- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, time management, accountability, and decision making.
Technical Skills
- Project scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Cost control and budgeting.
