As the Project Consultant you will be a member of a team responsible for the development and delivery of business project outcomes. You will provide subject matter expertise and project leadership on tactics and strategies that moves Advisor Alliance forward. You will participate in project work and research, solution building, relationship management, risk identification and mitigation in addition to collaborating on decisions and recommendations for project outcomes. This role will be supporting Special Lines Operations.
Actively engaging in completing project work related initiatives for Sales and Distribution initiatives, including leading project sub-streams, project research, gathering information from stakeholders, building solutions, identifying risks and decision making on project outcomes.
Fostering collaborative and engaging relationships with project teams and business partners, understanding impacts, adapting to changing priorities and managing impacts with stakeholders to support initiatives for positive outcomes.
Functioning as a SME representing the business, providing expertise on business operations and strategy, ensuring change management is applied to project activities, communicating, and negotiating with business teams and project team members and identifying additional stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
Participating in the project planning process, organizing sub-streams, including aligning objectives and deliverables with organizational priorities, assisting with development and implementing and managing project plans, priorities and schedules.
Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and usability, enhancing project management methods and applying post-project learnings to future project work.

You have five years of experience in Insurance or in related field.
You have a post-secondary diploma in Business or a related discipline.
You hold the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or working towards.
You have strong knowledge of insurance products, concepts and practices, processes and service.

Expected salary range $72,847 - $121,411 (min-max, full range).
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
