Project Construction Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide construction supervision and site delivery leadership across hospitality, high-rise and mixed-use developments.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, multiple contractors, construction packages and concurrent work fronts.
• Review programmes, critical paths, resource adequacy, recovery plans, construction methodologies and logistics.
• Coordinate technical issues, design interfaces, RFIs, constructability constraints, shop drawings and technical approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC, inspection, NCR corrective action and HSE compliance across construction activities.
• Apply FIDIC knowledge to variations, claims, extension-of-time assessments and contractual correspondence.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, completion certification and phased handover.
• Coordinate hotel operator requirements, mock-up approvals and hospitality finishing standards.
• Use Aconex, PMIS, Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 and BIM coordination workflows.
• Prepare client reports, progress assessments, risk updates and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of work experience, including at least 5 years within the GCC region.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments with luxury five-star hotels, high-rise residential, retail and commercial components.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and within budget.
• Understanding of Saudi or GCC construction standards, building codes and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Primavera and Microsoft Project is essential.
