Overview
- Performing duties on behalf of the System Completion (Turn Over Package = TOP) manager in his absence
- Lead the scheduling and execution of system walkdowns; manage the
Punch List
- status to ensure all deficiencies are tracked and resolved.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments and the Client to facilitate smooth system handovers.
- Prepare, submit, and manage all System Completion-related reports and dossiers using MS Office and project-specific software.
- Walkdown schedule management & Various documentation work
