- Coordinate daily project activities with Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Procurement teams
- Maintain accurate project updates, tasks, milestones, and documentation in ERP systems
- Follow up on material deliveries, approvals, inspections, and project progress
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
- Track project status and submit weekly progress reports
- Support project closeout documentation, invoicing, and handover activities
Requirements
- 2 4 years UAE experience as a Project Coordinator in ELV, ICT, MEP, or Construction projects
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and project documentation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow up skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of ELV, ICT, Security Systems, and Low Current projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities with Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate project updates, tasks, milestones, and documentation in ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
- Follow up on material deliveries, approvals, inspections, and project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Track project status and submit weekly progress reports.
- Support project closeout documentation, invoicing, and handover activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years UAE experience as a Project Coordinator in ELV, ICT, MEP, or Construction projects.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and project documentation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow up skills.
Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 5,500 per month
