About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure timely follow up
- Coordinate with Presales and Engineering teams for quotations, technical submissions, and revisions
- Follow up with customers until project award and purchase order confirmation
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and customer outreach
- Develop repeat business from existing and inactive customers
- Arrange and attend customer meetings when required
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Support monthly sales targets and supervise the inside sales team as it grows
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, or Technical Sales
- Experience in ELV, ICT, CCTV, Security Systems, Networking, MEP, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication, customer follow up, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self motivated, organized, and target oriented
- Driving licence is an advantage
