Position Summary
Supports the Digital Project Management Office and Clinical Applications portfolio.
Works on digital initiatives involving process redesign, software implementation, data analytics, and solution selection, design, and implementation.
Supports projects serving clinicians, researchers, educators, patients, and business areas.
Duties
- Analyze business needs and contribute to solution scope.
- Assist with project plans, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and status reports.
- Support stakeholder communication, change management, and training.
- Conduct workflow review, data analysis, requirements gathering, and process redesign.
- Coordinate system design, application build, and testing.
- Develop subject matter and digital systems knowledge to advance projects.
- Support problem analysis, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Administer project meetings, including scheduling, facilitation, and minutes.
- Lead simple to moderately complex tasks and occasional small projects.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or a related field is required.
