Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Project Architect to join the Krew.
If you’re an architect who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you.
As a Project Architect at Kinetic, you’ll bring design concepts to life—balancing innovation, functionality, and feasibility.
You’ll collaborate with our team to develop detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documentation that move projects from idea to reality.
This role is perfect for a licensed architect ready to deepen their technical expertise, refine design skills, and contribute meaningfully to a firm that puts people first.

What You’ll Do
- Lead portions of design development and construction documentation for small to medium projects
- Develop drawings, models, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD that accurately communicate design intent
- Participate in design charettes and create exhibits, studies, and client presentations
- Conduct field measurements and site visits to understand existing conditions and project context
- Research code and technical requirements to ensure compliance and feasibility
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines for cohesive project integration
- Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals and sustainability practices
- Review and implement redlines with precision and ownership
