Kinetic Design + Development is looking for an Business Systems Integrator to join the Krew.
If you’re a business systems professional who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you.
You’ll turn business and systems direction into technology that actually works.
From evaluating technical options and configuring SaaS platforms to building integrations, automations, data solutions, and AI-enabled workflows, you’ll take ideas from detailed design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
This is a role for someone who likes figuring things out.
You’ll research what’s possible, weigh tradeoffs, recommend smart technical approaches, and bring emerging technology ideas to the table.
You’ll work closely with Operations, functional teams, and vendors to build maintainable solutions that reduce friction, eliminate manual work, and help Kinetic move with more clarity and confidence.

You’re technically curious, highly analytical, and energized by solving problems that do not come with a step-by-step playbook.
You can take established direction, dig into the details, explore options, and make a sound recommendation without needing someone to tell you exactly how to get there.
