Project Architect

You are RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registered, with demonstrable experience delivering complex projects and a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations.

You bring proven experience across multiple sectors, working directly with clients, contractors and multi‑disciplinary design teams.

You have a strong grasp of the full architectural design process, with the capability to deliver projects from concept and planning through detailed design, construction and completion.

You demonstrate sound technical knowledge, including compliance, UK building systems, construction types and regulatory processes.

You consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work across projects of varying scale and complexity.

You are comfortable taking responsibility for defined project roles or work packages, showing awareness of project budgets, programmes and a developing financial acumen.

You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, produce high‑quality design outputs, present confidently to clients, lead multidisciplinary teams and manage specialist consultants.

You are proficient in Bentley / OpenBuilding Designer, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and/or V‑Ray, and work with a proactive, organised and collaborative “can do” attitude under pressure
