Project Analyst

• Bachelors degree in STEM or Business. - Minimum of 5 years experience in Data Analysis or Proposal coordination and preparation - Strong communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal. - Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI. - Strong analytical skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously. - Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen.

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Extensive experience with Deltek CostPoint accounting systems. - Experience working with multiple DoD and commercial contract types. - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Government solicitation documents and compliance requirements for proposal submission. - Experience with creation of white papers, and other similar documents. - Experience with grammatical editing and document formatting compliance requirements. - Strong understanding of proposal cost creation and internal burdening factors related to various contract types. - Ability to work independently with strong time management skills. - Experience working in a University research setting. - Prior UDRI experience is strongly preferred.
