The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in various operational and project-related tasks, with a strong focus on improving workflows and interfaces using Lovable AI.

Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.

Help manage and maintain project boards, including creating, updating, and moving tickets as needed.

Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.

Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.

Assist in developing project timelines, task lists, and milestones.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up communications.

Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
