Role Overview
The Opportunity SEE Group as an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our local highly professional and skilled project team.
This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role, based in Townsville .
Reporting to the Project Administration Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
• Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
• Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system
• Maintaining files and records, online ordering
• Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
• Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required
